Lake of the Ozarks became my wife Marsha’s & I’s permanent residence in 2005 We were
2nd Homeowners prior to that. We loved the area so much we decided to live here full time.
I have been an active Real Estate Investor since 1987 and have owned both residential and commercial properties.
One of our companies became one of the largest home building & remodeling companies in Southern IL. I was also an IL state licensed lead abatement supervisor and over saw local rehab projects that were funded by government grants. I also spent two years overseeing a Corp of Engineers job at Fort Leonard Wood until its completion.
I am currently a LEED GA accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council have spent many years in the Sales & Contracting Fields, and I love both, so I found a way to do both, as a Realtor helping buyers find quality properties and working with local contractors as General Manager of an energy solutions and building products company .
